The Apparel Export Promotion Council is the most important nodal agencies under the aegis of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India for promotion of apparel exports. The Council organizes international garment fairs in India in alliance with four major Garment Exporters’ Associations since 1988. The fair, displaying Autumn/Winter Collections is held during the month of January and for that of Spring/Summer Collections, in July, every year.
